Subject	Loss of power

Message	I have a 1993 300zxTT 2 + 2 (I did full driveline conversion) Anyways so when I'm driving I have a real loss of power between 1 - 3 thousand rpm then it kicks in and sends me flying doesn't matter how much throttle I give it just puts and feels really sluggish almost like im driving with the E-brake on. Then when I shift down to stop at a light the rpm needle drops lower then idle, right before I come to a complete stop then it goes back up to idle and drops randomly. Please help because I can't figure it out and don't know where to start. Thanks
